Incorporated in 2010 as a joint venture with ZF India Private Limited, ZF Hero Chassis Systems Private Limited secures European technology and expertise in chassis technology for the Indian passenger car segment, with BMW as the anchor customer.
Hero Motors specializes in gear manufacturing and transmissions for high-end motorcycles and ATVs. Its JV with Hewland Engineering Limited, Hero Hewland is a single point source for design to high volume manufacture with international cost competitiveness, Hero Motors takes pride in its consistently high levels of on time delivery and single digit PPM quality standards. This has enabled us to grow and strengthen our partnership as supplier with some of the globally renowned premium brands like BMW, Harley Davidson, Ducati and Textron.
The CVT hubs manufactured in its Bike Powertrain division leverages pioneering planetary technology and are widely used in premium E-Bikes, globally. The sheet metal parts are supplied at high volumes, high quality and optimized cost.
