STPL is the market leader in commercial vehicles with a market share of 71% and a market share of 12% in passenger vehicles as of 2011. The company has an annual turnover exceeding USD 150 million. It takes pride in having the largest sales and services distribution network throughout Nepal with 12 Sales Offices, 5 Key Regional Service Centres, 24 Commercial and Passenger vehicle Dealerships and Authorized Service Centres. The company also has a large Vehicle Financing Division to facilitate sales.
STPL is also the distributor of Exide Batteries(Exide Industries Ltd, India) with a market leadership of 67% and a network of 214 dealers. Furthermore, the company also distributes MAK Lubricants of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd, India, has a 14% market share in this segment and a network of 57 dealers.
